Produced by Levira Distillery, founded in 1923, Adamus comes from the greek word Adamas that means diamond, a reference forged in the diamond shaped bottle. Distinct for its selection of 18 carefully chosen botanicals, Adamus stands out for its innovative use of juniper berries and other rare plants like iris root and magnolia, which impart a unique and complex flavor profile. Each of the 18 botanicals is individually distilled, intensifying flavor. And one of these botanicals is special: the Baga da Bairrada grape variety.
The artisanal distillation process carried out in small batches in copper columns, ensures maximum quality and preserves the delicate aromas of the botanicals. The result is a gin with a smooth, elegant, and floral character, complemented by a subtly fruity and spicy touch.
Adamus’ bottle presentation, with its elegant and sophisticated design, reflects the luxury and attention to detail that are invested in every stage of its production. Ideal for savoring neat, in a classic gin and tonic, or in elaborate cocktails, Adamus gin is a refined choice for gin enthusiasts seeking an unparalleled tasting experience.
