Founded in 2021 by Ciro Di Constanza, Quintana Rum embodies the climate, culture, and ancient mythology of the Mexican Caribbean to create a luxurious and deeply authentic craft spirit. The brand sets itself apart by blending Caribbean sugarcane traditions with Mexican ingredients, resulting in a complex and sophisticated sipping experience.

Sun-soaked local sugarcane molasses are used create a unique blend of rums aged with American white oak and 5-year-old rums in a solera system. This rum has smoked elements and pure cocoa, profiles of vanilla, nutmeg, and Oaxacan coffee flavors true to the Mexican Caribbean.

Quintana White Rum

Flavor of pure sugar cane that bursts into a cascade of fresh and rich flavors of the Mexican Caribbean. Aromas of lemon oil, fresh banana, and toasted coconut with earthy hints of damp hay. Gentle vanilla sweetness rounds out a warming finish.

Quintana 5yr Aged Rum

Balanced flavors of sweet vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, complemented by warm notes of nutmeg, delicate baking spices, and a long lasting finish of coffee and Oaxacan cocoa.
