Ron San Miguel is a premier Ecuadorian rum produced by Cava San Miguel, known for its high-altitude aging in the Andes (over 2,500 meters) using 100% sugarcane molasses. Founded in 1881 as Ecuador’s first liquor industry, the producer uses American white oak bourbon barrels for aging complex rums, including the 1952 Solera and 7-year Black Aged variants.

Water from the Andes mountains, sugarcane grown in the Ecuadorian coast, and high altitude aging in bourbon oak barrels create the most internationally awarded Ecuadorian rum and top-selling rum in Ecuador.
