Zhumir Canuto is the result of a refined technique in spirits distillation perfecting this aromatic distillate for over half a century. Its origin lies in the highlands of southern Ecuador, where it is distilled from “Guarapo” sugar cane, cultivated at over 1200 meters above sea level.
